Galatians 1:20-24 - Dr. Bill Stephenson

1:20-24 Now the things which I write unto you, behold, before God, I lie not. Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia; And was unknown by face unto the churches of Judaea which were in Christ: But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed. And they glorified God in me.

The true church, ekklesia, is IN CHRIST. This is how you discern the difference between the just and the vile.

Notice Paul says they glorified God IN HIM! Paul’s gospel of Jesus Christ was becoming flesh in him. And so it is with us. We are to advance in the purpose and intent of God. His mind we are to wear and think from. No more is there room for missing the revelation of Jesus Christ in us as our very life. The time we live in warrants this!

We are in Christ Jesus and He is in us. And, He’s brought with Him the Father and the Holy Spirit. The trinity of God resides in us if we are truly born again by the blood of Jesus Christ our Lord.

We are bone of His bone, flesh of His flesh. We have been joined as one spirit. It is no longer I that has to live, but Christ Jesus lives within me. How? Because I was crucified, dead, buried, declared righteous, made alive, raised and seated in heavenly places in my union with Christ Jesus. Take hold of the consciousness of God in Christ Jesus. Become aware that He alone in you is your very life. After all, He really is!

Where is the sting of death?

Destroyed in the person of Christ Jesus who died for our sins.

The crimson flow of His precious blood cleanses me of all sin. My old man is dead and buried in unison with Him. That person I once was has now been destroyed so that I might enter a new realm of existence and live free from sin.

All the angels of heaven are rejoicing. I hear the laughter of my Father as He says to me, “ALL IS WELL.” Springing up from my being is the Living Word refreshing me with pure water. It is cool to the touch and sweet to the taste.

I am never going to thirst again.

No more will I hunger for unreality.

There is a place of immunity for the true Sons of God.

To Him be all the glory and the honor.

We will not take His blessed DEATH in vain anymore.

We died in Him.

He is now our life.

Drink His Wine.

Eat His Bread.

Feast in His presence.

Honor the Father.

Honor the Son.

Honor the Holy Spirit.

Healing is rising in the Son’s wings.

Feel the strength.

Find the purpose.

Speak His Word.

Enjoy His Reality.

His Reality is Himself.
